The Rehband Core Line 5mm Knee Support offers medium support with this 5mm thick knee sleeve benefiting you in a varied training where you require both agility and support.

If you are using or would like to use knee sleeves for general gym use such as walking, gymnastics, running, riding or just for some protection, we recommend that you select the 5mm variety as these will give you more flexibility than the thicker 7mm knee sleeves.

Approximately 2mm thicker than the standard 5mm Rehband's on offer, the 7mm Sleeves provide a firm, comfortable fit up to the challenge of power lifts, olympic weightlifting or strongman/women training. You can purchase the 7mm knee sleeves here.
