355mm Standard Dumbbell Handles - Spinlock, 28mm (PAIR)

A pair of 28mm diameter, 355mm long, threaded solid steel Dumbbell Handles with deep threads and rubber locking washers for safety and durability.

Unlike a lot of cheaper dumbbells on the market, these are solid steel, not hollow, and come securely packaged in a poly bag, within sturdy cardboard tube. These standard dumbbells are:

• Standard size with a 28mm weight shaft each end
• 355mm total length
• 140mm handle area
• Length to hold weights - 110mm each end of each bar
• Chrome plated
• Includes 2 x screw-on screwlock collars
• 2.1kg total weight each
• Solid steel.

Please Note: This bar has a shaft size of 28mm. Ensure you check your weight plates will fit before purchasing as some standard weight plates will only fit on a 1inch (25mm) bar.
