Warehouse Storeperson / Delivery Driver / Sales

Little Bloke Fitness are looking for someone to work full-time in a shared Warehouse / Delivery and Retail Sales role. The role will include helping move and organise stock for customer collections and orders and fulfillment in the warehouse,  deliveries and installations as well as driving sales and building great relationships with clients.

What’s the role…

This is a fast paced, dynamic position that requires the ability to shift and adapt quickly from one task to the next.

In this role you will ...

  • Pick/pack orders for customers – both online and in store orders
  • Receipt incoming stock
  • Stocktake and stock control
  • Delivery of goods to customers
  • Assemble equipment in store and / or on-site
  • Assist with daily store operations and housekeeping, including
    • Generating and processing sales in store
    • Preparing customer quotes
    • Completing follow-ups with customers as required
    • Build strong customer relationships
    • Administrative duties and showroom tidying.
  • Answer email and phone enquiries
  • Process online orders

The work is fast paced and heavy lifting and manual handling of stock is a day to day task that is essential to the position. Perfect if you are into training - but you don't need to lift weights to get a job here.

The role will require weekly Saturday shifts.

Who you will be...

Working as a part of an enthusiastic team, in a highly competitive industry, you’ll need to be flexible, adaptable and capable of thinking on the fly. You’ll be providing expert advice on our equipment, whether on site, in store, answering the phone or writing an articulate email, as well as working across all aspects of running and maintaining our warehouse.

You will be expected to demonstrate:

  • Experience in a similar role, with proven warehousing and / or sales and customer service experience preferable
  • A positive can do, get it done attitude and strong work ethic with the ambition to excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for fitness and the industry and a strong interest in gym equipment, with at least a basic knowledge of gym equipment preferred.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast - paced environment, and think outside the box as required
  • Superior organisational skills, self-motivation and initiative

A forklift license and ability to drive a manual car, as well as some basic competence with tools / assembly of flat pack equipment is desirable. Those with personal training qualifications are encouraged to apply.
