The Role: Digital Marketing Manager

As a pivotal addition to our marketing team, you'll lead digital marketing strategies to grow our brand presence and customer engagement. This role covers a broad spectrum of responsibilities, from social media, EDM’s, and SEM/PPC campaigns, to content creation and data analysis. We value creativity, strategic planning, and a hands-on approach to drive our marketing efforts forward.

This role is a permanent, full-time position and located in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne. However, a part-time arrangement could be considered, as could flexible working arrangements for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing calendar, focusing on social media, EDM, and web strategies.
  • Oversee social media channels, manage paid campaigns, and curate engaging content.
  • Lead SEM/PPC campaigns, email marketing initiatives, and website analytics.
  • Collaborate across teams for product launches, promotions, and content creation.

Desired Skills

  • Familiarity with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms
  • Experience creating workflows and email campaigns
  • Proven digital marketing expertise, preferably in ecommerce.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • A passion for health and fitness, with a creative and strategic mindset.
  • You have a genuine interest in generating and contributing ideas.
  • High attention to detail and proven time management skills.
  • Keen to learn new skills to further develop within the role.
