Your shop is shut - how can I contact you?
These are unprecedented times, and our focus is still on managing and shipping out orders as quickly as possible.
If you need to contact us, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or use Facebook Messenger and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
You are welcome to call us on 03 9462 3943, but we cannot always answer your call. Please leave a message and someone will get back to you.
Please be patient – we are fielding a large volume of messages a day at the moment. Sending us the same message on different platforms, or sending repeated follow-ups just slows everything down.
What do you actually have in stock / what do you have coming in and when?
We have stock coming and going all the time so there is no fixed list.

When are your restocking?
We have containers arriving all the time, but a lot of this stock is already sold.
The two links above are the best guide of what we have in-stock and arriving.
If it's out of stock, can I pre-order?
Some products are available for pre-order now. These are clearly marked on our website.
Other products are supplied by distributors in Australia who do not yet have products in stock, or are unable to provide dates. These products will remain out of stock until we have confirmed dates.
Can you deliver to states outside Victoria?
Yes, freight companies are currently exempt from border restrictions so we are delivering to all states as normal.
What are shipping costs?
To check delivery costs simply go on the website, add the items you want to your cart and you'll see a shipping cost in the cart.
Why did my barbell or other items not arrive in the same delivery?
Due to the barbell tube being a significantly different shape to other cartons, our courier often delivers barbells in a separate delivery and they may deliver parts of the same order across different days.
Please be patient.
When will my order be delivered?
In these times, we are aiming to dispatch all orders within 3 business days. Most of the time, we are hitting this internal deadline.
Can I collect my order from your warehouse.
We are offering contactless, safe order collection on a appointment basis. If you order online and attend our warehouse without an appointment, you will be turned away. This is in order to protect the safety of our staff and customers and allows us to better control the process and avoid have multiple people here in peak times fighting for attention and ignoring social distancing protocols.
We are practising social distancing, and expect you to do the same.
If you have already pre-ordered online including delivery, you will be contacted before your item comes back into stock and will have the option to collect your order, with your delivery costs refunded in full.
