The SCS Preacher Curl is specially designed to be connected on the Inspire SCS Bench, but can also be connected to the Inspire FT1 bench.

With this extension you can give the biceps an ideal workout with exercises like the arm curl and preacher curl. The height of the support can be adjusted in different positions for an optimal training posture. The workout is extra comfortable because of the extra thick cushons on which the upper arms rest.
