The 360 Strength PRO series Olympic hard chrome hammer curl bar, (or tricep curl bar) is perfect for all styles of lifting, whether at home, studio or gym. This bar is designed to work the muscles from different angles and to reduce the stress that a straight barbell can place on the joints in the arm (the wrists, elbows and forearms) by allowing for a much more ergonomic grip of the bar.
It has 4 needle bearings and 2 brass bushes with dual clipped ends, a black hard chrome shaft and silver hard chrome sleeves and standard dimensions for use with existing olympic plates, or 360 Strength bumpers and plates.
Designed for everyday use, the 360 Strength PRO Olympic Tricep Bar will stand up to huge lifts with confidence.
