So next time you hear those candy bars sweet talking you and blowing sweet nothings in your ear – hit the gym for a workout or the road for a quick power-walk. Just leave your wallet behind.

Well, a recent study in the journal Obesity found that a quick cardio session of 1hr 20min each week slowed weight gain and stopped accumulation of that nasty visceral fat around the abdominal area. So if you’re only up for a little cardio each week – take time to do at least an hour – twenty and you’ll be taking down that muffin before you know it.
