5kg W8PL8 standard plate

W8PL8′s standard size tri-grip weight plate in tough dark grey hammertone paint with 29mm diameter hole suitable for most standard barbells and dumbbells.

Each weight plate has triple grip handles (tri-grip plate) to allow for one handed pickup
Plate size is 237mm diameter, by 23mm through (at it's thickest point)
Each plate is kilogram weighted with weight size embossed in the mould of the plate
Plates available in 1.25kg, 2.5kg, 5kg, 7.5kg, 10kg, 15kg, 20kg and 25kg.
