Weight plates
We offer ez lift, tri grip weight plates in cast iron standard size at $2.45kg and olympic rubber coated plates at $2.90 kg.

Standard weight plates are more common than Olympic sized plates and identified by a smaller diameter centre hole. Our EZ lift grey hammertone standard weight plates have a 29mm hole in the centre and will fit most standard barbells and dumbbells.

Olympic sized weight plates tend to be favoured by those lifting heavier than average weights. Their corresponding barbells are generally stronger, have rotating shafts and tend to cost quite a bit more.
Our black rubber coated Olympic sized weight plates have a 51mm hole in the centre and will fit most Olympic barbells and dumbbells.

Bumper plates are a must have for anyone into Olympic lifting or crossfit where dropping weights may be involved. Solid rubber bumper plates are able to be dropped safely from overhead if required.
