W8PL8 Power Rack and FID Bench combo

This versatile power rack and FID bench combination allows you huge flexibility and maximum training safety when training by yourself.

With heavy duty chrome j-hooks, two solid steel safety bars, a sturdy chin-up bar, this rack is a must for anyone getting serious about their training.

Strong and sturdy, the W8PL8 flat, incline and decline adjustable bench is semi-commercial with a 250kg weight rating.

The Power Rack / Cage is:

Powercoated in black, this rack is made from 60mm by 60mm tubular steel, weigh nearly 100kg and is rated to 400kg. Note that a 7ft barbell (either standard bar or Olympic) will be required to effectively use this rack.

Dimensions of unit: 1231mm wide x 1380mm deep x 2200mm high.

The FID bench:

With a hardy black powdercoated frame, 60mm backrest cushioning with a 15mm backboard, extra reinforcement and wheels for easy moving around, it's a must have.
Assembled dimensions :
- 1560mm long
- 460mm wide (this is the feet at the head of the bench)
- 480mm high
