In order to get the most for your used equipment, make sure you have all the information on your equipment you can.
When contacting us by email or phone, it’s important to include brand and model numebrs (were applicable), an honest condition assessment, and either pictures or a comprehensive description if by phone. These things will help us to ensure we offer you a fair and reasonable price.
You’ll also need to let us know if you can deliver, or if you’d like us to pick-up. It will impact on the price……
As you will not receive any funds until your goods are delivered and inspected, ensure that :
- Items are clean and ready to sell
- Include all necessary parts
- Items are in good condition
- Products must be in working order
- Include instruction manuals if relevant
